본 프로그램은 사용에 아무런 제한이 없는 프리웨어입니다.

TEncoder Video Converter는 Mencoder와 FFMpeg을 이용해서 멀티쓰레드 방식으로 동영상 포맷을 변환해 주는 프로그램입니다.

사용하기 편리한 간단한 인터페이스로 되어 있어서 마우스 클릭 2-3번 만으로 손쉽게 사용할 수 있고 다수의 파일을 일괄적으로 변환할 수 있습니다.

Add File, Add Folde, Add Foder Tree의 3가지 방식으로 동영상을 추가할 수 있으며, 하단에 있는 비디오 옵션과 오디오 옵션을 이용해서 사용자가 원하는 코덱, 비디오 비트레이트, 비디오 크기, FPS, 화면 비율, 오디오 코덱, 오디오 비트레이트, 샘플레이트, 채널 등을 지정할 수 있습니다.

Video Downloader 메뉴에서는 동영상의 URL이나 플레이리스트를 추가해서 일괄적으로 다운받을 수 있는데요. 다운 받을 때 원하는 비디오 코덱와 오디오 코덱을 지정해서 다운받을 수 있습니다.
